Founded in 2019, Access is a social mobility charity providing career exposure opportunities for disadvantaged students in Singapore. We do this by partnering with both global and local companies to offer an early touchpoint for career exploration and mentorship so that financially, socially or academically disadvantaged youths can have an equal opportunity to thrive in their future careers.

Aidha is an award-winning charity in Singapore that offers financial education and self-development programmes such as money management, computer literacy, communication, and entrepreneurial skills for migrant domestic workers and other lower-income women. Aidha envisions “sustainable futures through financial education,” so that every woman has the opportunity to determine her own future. With Aidha students sharing their skills with their families and friends, entire communities benefit, making the multiplier effect of our financial literacy programme significant and life-changing. By educating one woman, we can help impact nine lives.

Established in 1986, Bizlink Centre, a non-profit organisation, has been supporting persons with disabilities and the disadvantaged through training and employment in achieving independence, dignity, and inclusion over the last 3 decades.
Bizlink Centre is a registered charity with the office of the Commissioner of Charities and is conferred the status of the Institution of Public Character (IPC).

GenLab Collective is a ground-up organisation that aims to bridge generation gaps by facilitating intergenerational bonding. We achieve this through various strategies:
Public Events and Programs: Opportunities for different generations to connect and engage.
Experiential Workshops: Training focused on enhancing intergenerational communication.
Consultancy and Advisory: Support for community partners and corporations in designing effective programs for organisations and workplaces.
GenLab Collective
Since 2010, Mums@Work has empowered mothers to harmonize their professional aspirations with newfound family responsibilities. Our mission is to serve as a trusted resource hub, supporting flexible work arrangements, entrepreneurial ventures, and work-life balance. In 2016, we launched Career Navigators to facilitate women's return to the workforce. Building on our momentum, Mums@Work pioneered Singapore's 40-over-40 Inspiring Women project in 2020, tackling gender and age bias in Asia.

Oogachaga is Singapore's most established, community-based, non-profit, professional organisation working with lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, questioning and queer (LGBTQ+) individuals, couples and families in Singapore since 1999. Services provided include professional counselling, youth programme, family support, community and corporate engagement. In 2024, we mark 25 years of affirming and supporting Singapore’s LGBTQ+ community.

Skillseed is a Singaporean social enterprise that exists to help build a trust-driven and collaborative society. We distil insights from journeying with different ground communities, into experiential learning curricula that amplifies the partnerships and engagement capabilities of our stakeholders. These include government leaders, corporate stewards, teachers, youths, social workers and more. Our community and capability building efforts contribute towards the accomplishment of United Nations Sustainable Development goals No. 4 (Quality education for all), No. 10 (Reduced inequalities) and No. 17 (Partnerships for the goals).

Special Olympics is committed to promoting inclusion for people with intellectual disabilities (PWID) through sports and other initiatives that help to break down barriers and create opportunities for all. Beyond sports events, we drive social change that enables PWID to be valued and part of society. Through our programming, we reduce inequalities, deliver inclusive healthcare, create sustainable education and advocate for inclusive attitudes especially within schools and the workplace. Our goal is to create a better world by fostering the acceptance and inclusion of all people where everyone feels valued, empowered, and respected.
Special Olympics
Unlocking ADHD’s Mission is to empower ADHDers and their families to live life to the fullest through greater Awareness Accessibility, Achievement and Advocacy. Many ADHDers struggle with symptoms causing impaired relationships and underperformance in school, work and life, leading to lost potential. The charity’s activities centre around giving hope and providing support to youth and adult ADHDers, and their loved ones to help them unlock possibilities.

We Are Hear (WAH) is a volunteer-led initiative to create psychological safety through encouraging heart-based listening within communities. They offer peer-support listening training, heart-based leadership workshop to build capabilities in inclusive leadership, and heart-based problem solving workshops to empower employees in making decisions in the day-to-day chaos.
